These abandoned checkouts appear in the CartConvert platform, where live agents can initiate outreach.

Sync Conversations with Gorgias

Log in to your Gorgias account and go to Settings > All Apps.
Search for CartConvert, then click Connect App.
You’ll be redirected to CartConvert – log in to your account.
Authorize CartConvert to access your Gorgias subdomain, then click Authorize.
